McDonalds Style Sausage Burgers
Ingredients:-
500 g Pork (Mince)
Seasoning:-
8 g Salt
3.5 g Dextrose or Glucose Gel
1.8 g Cornflour
1 g Sage
0.3 g White Pepper
0.2 g Yeast extract (Marmite)
Method:-
Add all ingredients into the food processor for 5 minutes, when it's evenly mixed divide the mixture onto 6 patties & chill for 1 hour
Fry or Grill
